How to Improve Your Strength and Conditioning Dry Land Program

The swim strong program is customized to each team in some regard depending on questions that they have or certain needs of the team. We use Zoom, social media, our website and just people asking us questions to educate and inspire. And so we're going to put all of that together and give you everything that's going to give you the best results. It's not really an all-a-car thing. The teams that we work with are already doing a goal driven culture where the athletes are calling each other out if they're resting during a meet.
