Colleen Ballinger, the woman who formed Miranda sings this like, Pistic character on YouTube had a really, really strong child like fan base. I don't know how children or young people would find that content engaging and enjoyable unless she was actively pursuing that audience. A lot of her stuff was like inappropriate, but at the same time, you know, it is quite a struggle to find anyone that will find it funny. But what's obviously come to light is Colleen having these group chats with underage teenagers.
