Using Field Base Strength Training to Maximize Acceleration Distances

We use deceleration runways a lot, which is where you can almost increase te the the drill distance. And by having the prerequisite eccentric strength qualities that you've developed in the previous phase, you should be in a better position to tolerate te deceleration demands. I'd imagine athletes ith great physical capacities are able to tolerate greater dosages of this enforced deceleration training. We don't know too much about the optimal dosages, so we encourage like a kind of conservative approach, grets, careful periodization.
