Ruha promised thousands upon thousands of people that one coin was like Bitcoin but bigger and easier to use. The FBI says she even privately referred to her scheme as the bitch of Wall Street meets MLM. She recognized that pitching this fake coin to an already established MLM seller with massive down lines was her best chance of success. Those at the top like Igor made millions while the people at the bottom suffered. One coin didn't have a blockchain server, which is no basis for a genuine cryptocurrency.
