Yukoski: The idea that it is literally 5% more important that a poverty stricken family have clean water in 2008 than a similar family have cleanWater in 2009 seems like pure discrimination to me. "I think this is kind of one of those pure thought experiments where all else being equal and literally all else even if it doesn't make sense" He says he's trying to draw the idea that there's not a clear difference between people close to you and somebody far away from you in time.
