In the past, BRI projects were very demand driven. Are we going to see more third party surveys or tests of whether these projects are actually economically sustainable? Or is our Chinese financier going to keep deferring mostly to recipient country calculations of economic sustainability? For those projects, there may not be so strong economic stability. The other thing is that they want to copy their domestic experience into the overseas products. That will a big challenge, a big risk for Chinese companies.
