The Case of a Non-Profit Law Firm Supporting Climate Change

This is the first one that has made it this far. There's a non-profit law firm called our Children's Trust who are back in them and they're also supporting several other cases in four other states including Hawaii. A lot of the plaintiffs, the 16 year olds are talking about the individual effects that climate change have had on them as people rather than talking about the knock on effects of climate change into the wider world. And obviously there's a massive global issue here. It's not just down to Montana, but it is, I think, really interesting.
