Deus Ex Machinan or God Out of the Machine?
A Deus Ex Machinan is a plot device where things are resolved or tidied up in some sort of unsatisfying answer. It's very much of the writers who have written themselves into a corner and needs some sort of hilarious ass pull to get themselves out of it. By virtue of the segment there will be a few spoilers. We will be doing our best to avoid them especially in the more recent examples. And as we mentioned it will also include ass pulls which aren't really the same as Dave's ex-mocking us but I guess they would just be considered similar in that they try to make narrative sense but they just don't.
