The Ford Predictor of Great Success

There's two parts to building a great company, there's building a great product. And the forward predictive of great success is that people who think about both quite early on in their journeys. There's no time too early to think about how you to build a great company and what you stand for. The other thing is, whatever you come up with, you should be able to invert it. You can't invert integrity. Integrities like table stakes. Yo's never going to get a company that says where our culture is the opposite of integrity.
