CARTA's mission is to create more landowners and you're farmers which is really the difference between shareholders and workers here in today’s world. The government's been trying to figure out how to get companies to a public earlier, but all of the rules that they put in have actually delayed IPOs. And our solution to that problem is just to create more access to private companies not to try to force more companies to go public.
