Is It a Reasonable Idea to Try the Zelo Business Model?

The zelo business model is really interesting about where house prices come from. It certainly seems much less sophisticated than watzilo could do. And so i'm wondering if this is as much a story about algharithms that are trained during a particular period don't make very good dictions when things change dramaticallyon the way they do during covet.
