Is Knowledge in Humans Predictable?

David Deutsch has argued that knowledge can't be predictable because if you could predict the knowledge from what we already know, then it wouldn't be new knowledge. And I think it's also something that we see happening in physics, but also in other disciplines of science is that any kind of new theory that we develop, it requires this intuitive leap. But it seems to me there's always like an element of magic between somewhere, you know, where there's this inside which comes in.
