The Six Forces of the Consumer
Scott Kager: Why don't you take us through the six forces at kind of a high level and maybe a little blur bone each so we kind of know, you know, mentally where they fit in the world. The changing consumer includes things like increased racial and ethnic diversity, changing sexuality and gender identity,. aging longevity, shifting geographies, it wealth inequality and generational wealth inequality. And then we move on to what we call exponential ex tech which is not just info tech but biotech, material science, sciences as well that are advancing. All these all colliding together have this sort of converging effect for our industry because there's going to be 2 billion additional consumers by the way over 80
