Using Your Values When Making Decisions

i think it's very important to keep values front and centre when making big decisions for your career, for your life. You know, look a look at your decision making process and your opportunities on both sides of whatever that decision is, with your values in mind. So for example, goal setting, i definitely say that people need to utilize their values when setting goals. You want to make sure you're goal's a line with your values and don't go astray.
