Do You See More Variability in Non-Human Primates?

Non-human primates are hard to study, especially if you need a large intact social group that has been together for a long time. With humans, of course, you want sample sizes in the hundreds. We can document individual variability but it's really difficult to statistically demonstrate what's going on. What we do know is that there are impacts of dominance. So more dominant individuals are more upset by an equity than more subordinates.
