The Importance of Criticism in Product Management

A lot of my work is like a lot of one on ones, small group meetings. I do think that product management will probably work better as like growing people as an apprenticeship model than I think something else. The part that I keep on thinking about is what are the kind of like code smell equivalents of that? This complicated thing should no longer be uncomplicated and we have to stop doing it and actually go back into complex,. So I think that's a very interesting question.
