Can I Put a Transcript in a Book?

It is should be one cohesive journey for the reader, whether it's a fiction book, a non fiction book or a guide. I mean, even cook books, you start with appetizers and you go to desserts. People do this to me, sometimes they'll emamme and say, hey, can i put the transcript of our conversation in a book? And i well, technically you can, but why would you? Because as a reader, i do not want to read a transcript. That's just, i just don't want to do that. The graphs and charts are window dressing. It means nothing in audio.
