EMA Recommendations on Jack Inhibitors

The FDA came down with a decision putting a box warning on all the jack inhibitors based on the Tofasitinib data that was generated in the oral surveillance study. The EMA, now after their analysis, their safety committee called the PRAC has now made a recommendation that jack inhibitors have certain restrictions. This is a recommendation that's going to go forward for consideration by the CHMP and after they review it, they'll issue a final recommendation which is probably going to be in line with the PRAC's recommendation.
