Fernando: Governments have legal tender laws that force us to treat them all the same. I'm more of a advocate for free banking and history has kind of showed us that even in free banks without a central bank, it never was 100% reserve. So we don't have that right now with no central bank despite many countries having one. He says Bitcoin's great escape hatch is full reserve under a Bitcoin standard.
