Parking Ride in a Metro Nearby?
Despite being not priced, it's still turning over quite quickly. Lots of short-term parking. So this is not a case where the shopkeepers for example are parking there for all day and clocking up the space. And then just another data point, if it hurts, we found that the parking turnover for ECS per bay per hour was ranging from 0.07 to 1.07. We clearly want to increase from the lower end. So that is really the goal.
