There are approximately 2,300 different species of biodiversity living in oak tree. That includes fungi, mosses, ferns, mammals, birds and insects. 326 only live on the oak, nothing else. And then there are 230 that are rarely found on any other trees. They will go on other trees, but rarely found on other trees. By diversity, you need it. The more species we can plant, the better.
