When we're creating a feature set, that's a hypothesis that we're testing. So before you can test that, you have to make sure that the data is able to be trained. I usually do a blank filter, like a very dumb filter on my target for supervised learning tasks. And then your feature data, it really depends on what it is that you're trying to do with regards to missing data in your features.
