Embracing the Fear of Dying

The misperception of threat generates most of the stress reactions we experience. Embracing the fear of dying, it is a profound thing to do. What will awaken in you is a feeling, af vibrant feeling for life that you didn't have before. The only reason you're ever unhappy is because you'r focus on what you don't have. And so what woult you when you really embrace dying, that we all die, that everybody that you know as well as your friends and family are going to die? That's an enlightening thought. Merely saying 'I'm not ashamed I am afraid', doesn't make us feel any better about ourselves or our lives.
