Coffee Can Raise Cholesterol

Coffee raises cholesterol in some studies but not in others. If you percolated the coffee what happens is the cholesterol went up about 10 percent if you put it through a paper filter and so on. Regular coffee raises cholesterol about 10 percent decaf raises at about 11 percent wow well don't don't fool yourself i mean you may not get the jitteriness with decaf but the acid and the digestion is just as bad with decaf  the cholesterol rise is just as much and the high blood pressure rises isn't as much, he says.
