When i started an f one, it was just at the point of where the t d wasn't necessariy just designing the whole thing. In 22, it's some i've got a staff of 250 people, and it'ss very much a managerial task as well as a technical one. I suppose you've got a blue print in your head, and you're directing that whole resource,. an enormous amount of energy and talent and budget towards the right goals. You know that the culture of the team needs to be right. But i most enjoy the technical discussions and and jumping in front of a cad scream er someone.
