Introduction
20 years ago i was fired by tom hanks. The reason was that he saw my audition tape and he thought that i had dead eyes. Actors audition, and we either get the job or we don't. But we almost never know if we came close or if we completely miss the mark. People who are casting actors often don't know what they are looking for until they see it.
