Scaling YC Companies, We Need to Scale Companies

Venture capital firm Y Combinator has been trying to scale its network of startups. To do so, it's had to fund a lot more companies but also build a practice that teaches founders how to scale their businesses. The company is now advising 3,000 startups at once and plans to teach 10,000 next year.
