What Advice Would You Give to Climate Job Seekers?

The chief sustainability officer has a role in not just filling out for their team but embedding it in the business. There's many people looking for work in the climate space either because they're just beginning their careers, lost their job or simply fuel urgency to work on what I'd argue is both the greatest challenge and opportunity of a lifetime. Peggy: Start with building out a basic level of competency, knowledge and skills in sustainability. But then beyond that really, it's such a broad range of opportunities. We need everybody to get on board.
