The Importance of Intensity in Aging

Stephen Siler: I think there's some objective truth to that from the standpoint of that, you know, some of the aging issues what happens with aging. The tendon stiffness tends to increase so for sure age members who jump out on the court and want to play basketball and they haven't in 20 years they are just a candidate for an Achilles rupture. And then the third big aging issue that I would argue is just loss of muscle mass.
