Do You Know How to Do a Full Dose?
In the icu, we tend to do a half dose, unless there's obviously evidence of clotor or very high d dimers. As an ow patient, our protocol is everybody is on aspirant. If it's maybe two to three times above the upera records, a bit abnormal, i'd probably do three times. And if it's normal, i would just do regular prophilaxis.
