The Biggest Challenge in a Rapid Growth Company
My big challenge is how do we help the team and help people through those periods of transition which aren't always easy. Unlocking that desire because everyone joined quartet because they wanted to help with this mission. I don't know if it's this or a tactic but I agree with what you're saying about understanding what's achievable. There's a lot of compromise in between the two and you flex back and forth over time. The biggest tactic to use in that case is your ears and just listen to people and understand.
