Is There a Relationship to Sensation?

I tend to lean towards the idea or encourage the idea myself of a certain level of differentiating, at least at the beginning stages, the bodily acclimatization and the relationship to sensation. I think a great deal of that can be done in six months to a year. It's not like simply getting good at meditating is going to, you'll be totally pain free. But when that's reached a certain threshold, the body then is less likely to be injured. Well, it depends how long you sit. So let's say you do four hours, and you're skipping about so do eight and tell me how your body feels. Or do it with weight on you or whatever
