Off-market is one of the coolest ways to buy rentals. I think like you said in this competitive market I think that's the best way to kind of find properties right now because if it goes on the MLS it's going to have 50 offers every time. What is the worst property you've ever bought? It was a mess from start to finish and I ended up selling it for 22,000 less than what I bought it for. When I wrote that check it was my birthday I'm like this is the best birthday check right I've ever done because it's out of my life but still spent 10,000 dollars this month on a $25,000 property.
