The Importance of a Local Culture in a Pandemic
We've, during the pandemic, we developed a hiring process that has a really in-depth personality test. That also allowed us to make sure that people that join us have a wide enough worldview to understand what was going on. It's just part of the culture, right? You want to build a localized culture. So I believe that most people that we have will be able to work with any other person in the company - which doesn't usually happen in international companies.
