The body will just continue to do what you ask it to do. And when you stop asking, it stops doing. You have to resist more as you get older because growth hormone and testosterone go down. So you really need to prioritize protein and lifting more as we get older. But I don't prescribe a testosterone to anyone who just kind of comes in and wants it.
