Dodgers Farm System Ranking

The last time the Dodgers had a first round draft pick higher than 15th was 2006 they took Clayton Kershaw that year good pick but it's hard to be good every year and not draft high every year and still have a strong farm system. I think even just like since Andrew Freeman took over like they've had multiple farm directors and one of them is Gabe Kappler's managing the Giants now  Brandi Gomes is now their GM and Will Rhimes is the third one. Even though they're always in a position to add in theory except for the years when they're so good they just don't need to add.
