Katie: I would say one of the biggest issues that this probably happens on all sites is just when you are going through constant turnover, especially of CRC turnover. So whenever you do hire individuals, I'm not going to say only hire people with experience. No, give other people opportunities that can do it, that come with good transitional skills. But just ensure that you're not just throwing them in there, that you're giving them adequate training and oversight.
