I Can't See the Man Is Following Me

The headlights were on him and he couldn't see me at least for around 5 or 6 seconds maybe a bit longer including readjusting to the dark. I walked faster. He did slow down a bit as he passed. The man backed up a lot and crossed to the other side of the road. Once I could turn and no longer see him I rushed home and locked the door. As stupid as this next part is it's probably for the best that I did it. When I have no clue what would have happened had Gems Dad not driven by or if I would have left that my normal time. Needless to say I spent that night at Gems that night.
