The Importance of Faceting Fears

Tim Ferriss says, do one thing every day that scares you. I think the future of user experience is actually integrating that into our education systems. If we can help foster people at a younger age to be both more conscious human beings when they're older but also get really excited about what they want to be a part of then we could potentially have a kick ass generation or group of people who want to strive for something greater or bigger than themselves.
