Building a Company Into the Future
I've always looked at the gut as kind of our human computer, right? And the gut is a reflection of our past that if we're building a company into the future, everything the rules all change. The people that were good working with us 10 years ago probably aren't going to be as good or they need to be very different going forward. So part of building the future is collaborating with people that think differently than you and you know they may be wrong because it doesn't mean your gut is right 80% of the time. You always need to seek for this 20% because the 80% is what's right is right.
