The first step here really is just getting very clear on the exactly what everything means. Just go and actually grab and collate and capture all different things you're doing in each of the different levers. You know, right now, athletes foot as an example, they had that whole suspect, prospect conversion sort of thing going really, really well. But they had nothing proactive to really drive you back into the store. They weren't doing anything in the transactions lever. So by going through this capture motion, you actually figure out what am I currently do in each of these areas.
