Is There a Library in Every Primary School?

There was a piece in the Times this morning about early years which we haven't got time now to discuss I don't think. One of the things that shocked me most during this commission is there's that gap that 16 between advantage and disadvantaged pupils, it's over 18 months. What shocked me most is that 40% of that gap emerges before the age of five. And our EUGA polling showed overwhelmingly parents think there should be. It seems common sense, doesn't it? But they- and it wouldn't actually cost that much to do it.
