Frozen fruit is good if you want to get frozen cherries or frozen peaches. Raw honey is a great adjunct for people, how you do with it. I don't think nuts are great, because there is seed ad they're defended. And when i look at my manganese, it's well within normal levels. So i don't think you need nuts for vitaman e. As far as i've been able to dig into it with myself and work with others who have done the same thing,  it's never seemed to be a major issue If you're getting some carbohydrates from meat now, i feel like a set-up has worked.
