The Power of Experiential Intelligence

A lot of organizations are starting to no longer require a college degree because they realize that's a gatekeeping mechanism. Experiential intelligence can be really strengths focused, but it can also go deep and challenge one sense of what we believe and how we operate. We all bring our whole selves to the office, whether it's the home office or the office door. You know, the simple term for experiential intelligence is street smarts. And we sort of got to know street smarts as an important concept when Malcolm Gladwell talked about that 10,000 hour rule. Now, however, I'd say we all have street smarts from the moment we're born.
