Do You Have Any Nightly Rituals?
If you don't plan ahead yearly, monthly or weekly then you might get taken off course. A very good book that I will recommend is The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. He says put your ladder up against the correct wall and make sure you're climbing it. What is important to you could be somebody else's not important. Do you have any nightly rituals or morning rituals that you repeat to set you up for the day or close the day before you go to bed or relax? Absolutely I do and I've probably been doing these probably two or three years now.
