One of the thing that really attracted drivers to uba was the fact that there was no operator. But in reality, what we realize overtime is that we are being controlled by technology. If i got rated badly, i would lose my job. You dont like all the way how the jobs werd spatch. And when we talk about the technology, so all that kind of stuff as the element of control.
