We have this checklist, don't we? A cuddle, a snack, a sleep, a bath, right? All of those things are cry. And actually, if we applied those to ourselves, any one of those or that combination, most things will be sorted with that, that selection of things. But we don't do it. We just don't have that presence of mine because we're in the fog. I kind of tried to achieve that in the book,. I made something called the false mood inventory or the false anxiety inventory - where it's like, I intend for people to cut this out of the book, put it on the refrigerator.
