The Impending Forward March of Time and the Impending Death of Everyone I Love

This letter reminds me of my anxiety in that like the audacity of the fact that we can be hurt and shaped by things we never wanted. There's something so unfair that these life lessons that we have that we are forced to not like non-consentually carry around things that happen to us is just it's just unfair. I deeply understand the way that you feel like I have to carry this around with me but there are ways that you can find to make this thing less of a giant thing you're carrying around, more of a chapter in the story that helps you understand your own understanding of the world.
