We are doomed to repeat the things we forget. I really believe that, at least collectively. The vortex is an insane story of a once in a lifetime natural catastrophe coupling with a political boiling point That led to straight up information warfare that quickly spiralled into a real genecite. And i guess also, when it comes right down to it, this is really a conversation about human psychology and consciousness just as much as it is history. As recent happenings, demon traiht, it's never as far away as we think it is.
