Recruiting in a Small Town?
A lot of coaches in the united states are having to recruit. How do you make basket ball the sport that kids want to participate in? Well, wew try to make sure that the first thing is word of mouth. We have open days or friend days, where each player on the youth programmes brings in a friend to just try out basketball. And any time i go and visit a school, my number one objective is to make sure the kids have the most fun they've ever had playing basket ball.
